He coordinates and supervises all on-site activities related to site preparation, including earthwork, drainage, water and sewer systems, and paving. His goal is to ensure that all services are executed according to the schedule, technical specifications, and safety standards.

He coordinates field activities, manages site development, aligning it with quality and safety standards ensuring that site development follows the project plans, schedule, and quality and safety standards.
